Testing Results

Appointment with the parent(s) or adult client, lasting approximately one hour.

During this appointment, the Practitioner will go over all of the testing information. We share all of the details of the complete testing materials and provide a diagnosis for you based on the test results. As the parent or adult client, you will be able to take home a copy of the test results to keep for your own records.

Once you and the Practitioner have had the opportunity to clearly review all of the testing results and diagnosis, you may discuss the benefit of sharing these results with other parties involved in the daily life of you or your child. If you would like us to send a copy of your the test results to the school, a Physician, or another party, we will sign the necessary paperwork to do so during this appointment.

If you and the Practitioner decide that you are interested in adding support services, such as counseling or case management to address needing an Individualized Education Plan IEP at school, a treatment plan will be completed or referrals will be made to appropriate resources.
