Referral or Making an Appointment

Children and adults are referred to our agency in a variety of ways. We receive referrals from parents, doctors, teachers, family members, insurance providers and other professional providers. Referrals are accepted via phone, fax, or online. Once we receive a referral, our first step is to call the parent or individual directly to assess the individual’s needs. Initial appointments are made after identifying which service is needed. If you are unsure where to get started, do hesitate to call and we would be happy to assist you.
